Thanks for sharing the link. I have had good results with Bonnie Pruden's "Pain Erasure" (pressing on tender points with fingers or a stick). This sounds like a good thing to add.

Do you by any chance read his Knee books? I was bothered by my knees pain. I went to see Sports Med doc. They all told me from X Ray, nothing is wrong. I have pain but I can't pinpoint it. It changes location and activities I did. But I always feels pain there. I would like to know how his knees book go.

Hi Wantfit - I haven't read his knee books. He does have a blog. I wonder if there's more info about them there.
