I am a very occasional poster here, but I did want to let someone know that, sadly enough, I think I got ripped off by a fraudulent e-bay seller. This person goes by the name "Cutefashionbug" and also has more than one other ebay name at this time. (If you search "Cathe" on the search function over there, you can easily tell the person with several identities: grammar is atrocious, very poor command of the English language, and they sell sets of 3 Cathe DVDs- Rhythmic Step, Supersets and one other). I am so embarrassed that I purchased from them and never will do such a thing again, but I wanted to a) be honest and b) alert whomever may be interested (Cathe's reps, StepNMotion, perhaps) to this counterfeiter. I've already left negative feedback because it took over 2 weeks for my DVDs to arrive after payment.
I wasn't tipped off to the fact this person was a counterfeiter until I got an email saying that if my DVDs didn't arrive by such and such a date, the person would send me another set. That sent up a red flag - who in their right mind would send another set so quickly without investigating tracking- esp. when it was what, $150.00 worth of DVDs?
Is there anything I can do to report this person to Ebay- or is the fact I alerted ya'll enough?
I feel like I need to apologize - I genuinely thought I was buying used copies (which people do sometimes legimitately sell on Ebay- I've sold and purchased used VHS before on Ebay myself).
Anyhow, please post if you have any concerns or need any more information. I'd be happy to help. I would love to get this person booted from Ebay.
