I'm sure that somebody has probably already asked you this question, but I just took a look at your pictures again and you just look fabulous. What kind of eating plan do you use? Or do you just stick with "clean eating"? How about any tricks that you use to eat good stay on track, etc.

Thanks in advance for any help you always have great ideas!

Marcia :)

Also after reading the article on fitnessvideofanatics.com, you'll find a link to contact Francine directly. She's usually pretty quick to respond.

Hi Marcia!
Thank you for your compliment! I have been asked this question before as a matter of fact I had someone email me just the other day in regards to a previous post I replied to in the past(weird timing huh?)! I'll put the link here so you can read it and I hope it answers a few of your questions (if not you can email me directly for further assistance ;-)

Not knowing your downfalls , I'll wing it with some suggestions!

Tricks to stay on track:
Don't eat standing and picking while cooking,
don't eat in front of the tv , computer or while reading!
Eat in a well lit area, make proper portions on your plate(you may want to use a smaller plate or one with a divider(for portion control) also, once you make your platter , store all your food away, this will make going for seconds a chance to think about what you are doing by having to pull everything back out again!
Try to not put on bulky clothes when eating, sounds crazy but the looser your clothes are the more frumpy you will feel, when you are wearing less clothing or tighter fit clothes you are more aware of your body!
Cleaning up the kitchen right after dinner is always a plus also to stay away from the food ,put everything away and close it for the night!

Have a problem snacking on the wrong foods, then keep them out of the house!Out of sight out of mind! However, If you are gonna buy something to treat your self, do it in a small version, this way you had your treat , Everything in moderation! If you buy in bulk due to savings then get sandwich baggies and fill up a bunch of baggies and take one out to satisy your craving instead of eating the whole bag, you have to take control on the portions and give yourself a chance to think about what you are eating and why!You don't want it to be out of habit, you want your treat to be well worth the wait and a reward for all your hard work you have been doing with no added guilt!

To cut down on snacking, start to limit your snacks to every other day to every two days then to every 3 days , wean yourself off of the snacking and slowly replace bad food choices with healthier ones or replace that snacking time for pampering time, taking care of you with not using food as a reward but rather doing a pedicure, manicure, hot oil treatment, full body scrub, light a candle and catch up on a good book, or maybe call an old friend or just go for a peaceful walk at night to clear your head and get your mind off of everything and just enjoy nature!

Clean Eating is the biggest part of getting and maintaing our results! Best of luck to you!
