Happy(almost) Labor Day!!!
Wednesday's workout was CycleMax, Thursday's was TBTS/Lower Body Split followed he Upper body xpress premix. The lower body work was really good, the upper was ok. I really don't like the music on those.
No workout Friday(football game), Saturday was a ZCUT jumprope dvd(yes it's new
) & Sunday's(today) was JNL's Upper Body Transformer. I jumped rope for all the cardio, then I jumped rope for 10 more minutes afterward. Then last but not least, I did 10 minutes of rebounding.
