TGIF!!
Today's is my rest day, so no workout for me. Yesterday's CrossFit workout was an interesting one. After the normal-type warm-up we worked on rope climbs. I've never attempted to climb a rope before. It took me several tries to figure it out, but I did it!
All the way to the top. I was (and still am) so proud of myself. And then I climbed that stupid rope 5 more times during the actual WOD. I've got the rope burn on my hands and shins to prove it.
Yesterday's WOD was actually relatively easy compared to all the crazy stuff we've been doing this week.
WOD: 2000m row, 80 situps, 60 walking lunges, 40 pushups, and 5 rope climbs. It took me about 23 minutes to complete.
Wiggie: So glad to hear you're enjoying your new P90x3 workouts!! Maybe i'll just venture over to Google and see what P90x3 is all about.
I highly doubt i'm more hardcore than you...I've never done TWO Cathe workouts in one day before.
Wendy: Have you thought about seeing a doctor about your sleep issues? Maybe there is something you can do/take that might help. Hmmm, you know i'm a strong advocate for weight training, so I vote yes to adding in some weight circuits. If anything, maybe wait and preview the TA workouts. Then you can make a more informed decision about adding additional weight circuits.
