If you're looking for weight work only, she's got some really good ones, you can't go wrong with whatever you chose. Personally, I think her new Pyramid workout is going to be my favorite. But if you want to really break in your new barbell, PowerHour might be the best place to start.
If you think you'd like a mix of cardio and weights, BodyMax would be a good one. You get 30min of intense cardio, followed by 25min of leg circuits (get to use your new barbell), then upper body work and abs. Or you could dive into the CTX Series and test out both Cathe's cardio styles and get weight work.
Like I said, anywhere you jump in is fine, you'll quickly add new workouts one after the other anyway!
