I'm embarrassed to say I can't figure this out myself but...what workout is the first picture of Cathe in the forums logo from? It's the shot with her in a purple top, sitting on a high step and doing (looks like) tricep work with a weight plate. Thanks!

I was going to guess Muscle Endurance. Isn't that the outfit she has on in that workout?
