form with easy curl

Hi Cathe:
I have been doing the PS series and MIS with an easy curl bar for upper body. What is the proper hand position for bicep work? The close in grip or the outer grip. I have been using the inner grip, going heavy and getting blasted (in a "good way") but not seeing a lot of growth. I saw someone on t.v. using the outer. My husband used to lift weights and says that each grip work a different part of the muscle.

Hi Rachel!

Your husband is right. Using various hand grips will alter how the muscle is targeted. I would suggest using both grips for best results. Have Fun!
