It seems like you've had your B&TR the longest. Have you had to replace the resistance bands yet? How often do you use it? I'm just wondering how sturdy the bands are especially since they've discontinued the B&TR.

Hi Valerie! My bands are in excellent condition and very sturdy! I put alot of miles on this puppy and there are no signs of wear and tear! Also I have a preference of placing dumbells on the handles for added resistance, don't know if this makes any difference on the life span of the bands but I'll never outgrow the dumbells which makes me not worry about replacing my bands in the future! HTH
