For those with curly hair

Home for me is Houston, TX, the most hot and humid place on earth. I swear by Aveda's Be Curly mixed with a dime sized amount of frizz serum (I like Redken's Smooth Down). I'm the same as you- I leave my hair to dry naturally. It leaves your curls nice and soft, but definitely controlled.

Hi Everyone,

I have hair that is neither curly but yet it's not straight and I am tired of drying it straight then watching it flip and wave anyway it wants to 20 minutes later. So what can I use to enhance the waves to be more curly? Does this make sense?

Everything I ever liked ends up being discontinued! It always makes me wonder if I am the only person using it!

Right now i am using Biologe Gelee. Its a gel. This to is also discontinued but for some reason when my MIL goes into the city, she always comes back with a couple of bottles for me. So I don't know if its actually discontinued or if they just don't carry it around here anymore. I have also seen some on ebay. I guess thats where i will be buying it the next time!

I use Pink Hair Lotion (oil moisterizer) by Luster's. Help keep curl soft and defined no frizz. You can find it at Sally's or Target near where they sell ethnic hair products. I have thick curly hair. I use a small amount and love the way it looks when it dries. I live in Florida, very hot and humid. I usually wear my hair very short (pixie style). Pink lotion works great.
