For those who Snore

I've snored all my life. I had a sleep study about 6yrs ago and it showed no apnea but off the scale snoring. They recommended a dental appliance that holds your bottom jaw forward. I made an appointment and then cancelled it. I bought some cheap thing off the tv and tried that but it hurt my teeth and it was uncomfortable. So 6yrs later and my hubby is spending many nights sleeping in the next room because my snoring is so bad that I finally went back to the dentist and invested $560 in this thing.

I'm amazed, it works. Now hopefully I can lose some weight, get my blood pressure down and have some energy to get fit.

For anyone who has the problem of snoring - please go get a sleep study and if they recommend a dental appliance don't be afraid of it. It really might work for you.

I'm glad it's working for you! My DH says I snore, but not badly. I know it doesn't wake me up! It's so important to get a good night's sleep!

Cost is what keeps so many from taking care of these types of things. That's pricey, but if it works, then it sounds like it's worth every penny!

Happy exercising!
