There are a couple of typos I just noticed on the Kickbox worksheet: I got the number of dumbbells wrong somehow a couple times:

Here are the corrections so you don't have to re-download:

Deadlifts on Step -- it's 2x20 instead of 1x20
Leg Press/Outer Thigh Lift -- it's 2x12 instead of 1x12.

Also correcting this on the worksheet and reuploading it.

If anyone else catches errors, let me know.

Yikes--just found a couple more mistakes but they are easy to correct. On LIS in the Double Trouble section I left out the weight amounts on the repeated exercises--but they are the same as the ones above (2x8 and 2x5). Also, the core work is 1x10 and not 1x8. 1x8 is actually what I did, but Cathe did 10.
