I was wondering how you used these workouts? How many times a week? Do you add cardio with them? I know a lot of you have had great results with these, so I was just curious how to fit these in.

I've read that people who get the best results from these tend to use them 3 times per week to replace their regular lower body workouts. They also do cardio regularly. This is an average of all of the things I've read :). 3 seems to be the magic number, but I'm sure if you used them with your Cathes, it certainly wouldn't hurt. I have them, but haven't started using them consistently yet.

i haven't done the ballet yet, but i did do the ballet/tread one and i love it! i haven't added it into a rotation yet. there was a time a few weeks ago that i was scheduled for a light cardio day and legs the next day and i wound up missing the cardio day, so i revamped and did the ballettread to get them both in. i really enjoyed it.

Thanks for the replies! Ballet/tread sounds like a lot of fun! I started with the iclimb and itread outdoors (which I absolutely love) and now I am going to give the iballets a shot!

I love the iSculpt Ballets! I use them as add-ons and aim for 4/days a week. Some days I will do an entire iballet or I alternate barre work one day, floor work the next.

No, you don't need a barre. You can use a chair, or your barbell without the weights, or even a body bar..
