? for those who did the August rotation......

I'm thinking about starting it on Saturday. BUT - I need to figure out how long each workout with add-ons takes. Did anyone record their workout length each day? I workout in the morning so I need to figure out how much earlier to get up. (I usually get up with enough time to workout for 1 hour but I figure some of them will be 1 1/2 - 2 hours.) :)
 
I did the August rotation, and I logged the time for each workout. I have it in my notebook at home and can post later, but if you're feeling ambisous (hahaha) I also posted them in the Hardcore Check-In. I did every workout on the scheduled day.
 
Isn't Susan so organized, Laura? I relied on her times too, if she happened to get the work out in ahead of me! :)

I know the 5 AM Fiesta work out was surprising longer than anticipated. Sorry I didn't keep track of my work out time.

Susan--that's amazing. Didn't I just read on the pregnancy forum that you are 17 weeks pregnant? That was my excuse for not doing the August rotation. You are one incredibly fit woman!!!

Mon: no time noted (I'll have to back to my check in and verify, this took a lot longer than it appears)

Maggie, thanks for the compliment. I'll admit that rotation came at a good time. I won’t be able to do it again for a while. I love the new step workout!
