For those that did Meso 1 twice

I have finished STS...and I have to say that I think I got leaner from doing Meso 1. To tell the truth I actually am feeling like I got bigger (not what I wanted)....so I'm thinking about doing Meso 1 again and doing it for 2 months. Just wondering what results other had from doing this twice through. Also, since my goal is to lean out my hips and legs I was thinking about adding the Plyo legs one time per week along with Meso 1.....any thoughts

I'd also take any suggestions/advice on what I should do....I only want to lose about 5lbs but I feel like all the weights is sitting in my hips & theighs....yuck....by the way I eat really well, very clean and I exercise about 5-6xper week.

I'm doing the six month rotation, so I did meso 1 twice. I had great results from it and really leaned down, especially in my lower body. But as I stated in another thread, I think alot of that had to do with cleaning up my diet. During the weeks I was doing meso 1, I lost about 10 pounds.

I did a second leg workout (with cardio) during the week, usually something like BMax2 Scrambled Eggs or a B&G premix with a separate cardio session because I feel it is better for my legs if I work them twice. I lost more weight in my lower body during this mesocycle than I ever thought I would, to be honest, and I've been working out with Cathe for over a decade.

So my suggestion is....go for it! :)

I would go for Meso 1 again if I were you. I start Meso 3 Week 3 next week, so I only have 2 more weeks and I am done with all of STS. I have enjoyed all of the cycles, but I must add that I really liked Meso 1 the best. It just flowed so well. I remember sweating buckets.

I might even consider doing the same thing when I finsih up in two weeks. I was thinking about just doing all of it again. I think Meso 1 does more leaning out of your muscles. If I do Meso 1 again, I will do it for about 8 weeks and add a plyo leg workout each week also. I really like the plyo legs.

I have done leg training twice a week during all of the cycles so far. I tend to work my legs out two to three times a week.

Thank you both! I think I am going to start Meso 1 again this Monday and add another day during the week of legs....maybe the plyo or Butts and gutts (one of my Cathe favorites).....Thanks again!
