How do you fiqure activity points for Cathe's workouts....

mainly curious about S&H, PUB, KPC,Coremax & Boot camp.

How many points do you count them as....and do you have to count them. I am doing WW on my own with books my friend gave me )123 success program.

Thanks

Joanna

Seems like when this question was asked a while ago when I was doing WW, it was 4 or 5 points for a cardio workout, and 3 or 4 pts for a weight workout.

Hope this helps

I have one of those sliding scales. It says that high intensity for 1 hour is worth 5 points when you weigh between 100 and 110 lbs, 6 points for 110 to 130 lbs, 7 points for 130 to 150 lbs.

Moderate intensity for 1 hour is 2 points for 100 to 130 and 3 points for 130 to 180 lbs.

Light intensity is 1 point for 100 to 110 lbs, 2 points for 110 to 170 lbs.

I consider Cathe's cardio as high intensity, heavy weight workouts between high and medium intensity.

If you let me know how much you weigh I can give you a complete breakdown in 10 minute increments.

I use my heart rate monitor to calculate APs. For every 100 calories burned, I give myself one activity point. For me, the slider gives me about twice as many APs than it should. Keep in mind that everyone is different. You might have to experiment a little to see what works for you.
