For those of you that follow Cathe's rotations

Just curious if you do them as she posts them each month or do you find one that you like and stick with it for a while.
 
I'm actually in a position where I'm doing her rotations the following month after she posts it because I'm just behind. It's kind of fun and then if I'm missing a DVD (I almost have them all :eek:), I buy it before the next month. So, right now I'm doing Feb's rotation.

I think that you'd probably get bored doing the same rotation over and over... at least I would. Variety is the spice of life, right? But, I've known people to do the same rotation a few times because they were so happy with the results!

Good luck! You can't go wrong with the rotations! They keep me in line!!

I'm a little ADD when it comes to working out so I like that the rotations keep me focused. I think my problem is I'm always trying to find the one that'll target my problem areas (butt/thighs)!

I like doing whatever rotation will help me reach my goals. I've done some of Cathe's older ones (from years ago), even though she posts new ones every month. I just substitute the DVD's I don't have, with ones that I do have.

I did a really good one called "Butts and Guts" (I think it was Sept 2005) in the past and got good results in the butt/thighs and guts, LOL. You might want to try that one if you're looking to target those areas!

rotations are fun!!!!!

I have been working out with Cathe for almost 2 years I did not know about the rotations until last year on May. or Jun. I can't remember but I love the rotations I have almost all her DVD's so I don't have any excuse to not workout is a lot of fun and I don't have to go to bed thinking,what I'm doing the next day,everything is planed for me...and after all this time I see results, nice, I cant stop bragging about it to my HUB.
Right now I'm doing STS rotation...so I'm pretty exited and happy..
