Just wondering how many of you are still at it and what kind of results you have seen. I'm thinking about starting this in September, but have to admit that it has me a little scared!
I was doing it for the first 2-1/2 weeks, but I tore ligaments in my foot so I couldn't do cardio anymore for a few weeks. I was seeing some great results along with a lot more energy. It's an awesome rotation and I think definitely worth the time and effort! Cathe will have a hard time topping this one for September.
I start week 4 tomorrow. I added an extra day of rest each week, which helps with the tiredness, and soreness. I actually think it is easier than it looks, and although it looks like it is all out, none stop wicked, there are easy days and hard days. Weight wise I am down 2.5 so far, which I don't like, but bodywise I have a change. My legs are leaner and my stomach is flatter, and my size 10's are a lot loser.
Point of reference, I have been working out to Cathe for 9 years, am 44(last Friday), I also added swimming an hour 5 days a week to this rotation(not at the same time, but at a different time). I feel like I am in fairly good shape, but wanted a kick in the rear to get rid of 10 pounds.....I have been getting it.
I've had pretty good results. I followed the rotation very closely with very few substitions. I've been doing this and trying to follow most of the principles in the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle book and I have lost somewhere between 1 1/2 - 2 pounds (give or take). This isn't bad, considering that I want to lose my last 10 pounds. It's a slow but steady process. I'm really enjoying this rotation, it's tough but a lot of fun and has so much variety,
