For those doing Meso 3... need quick advice!

If you had to do two days back to back, which would you do? Day 1 and 2, or 2 and 3 of any given week? I'm thinking of doing day 3 (disk 27) today after having done disk 26 yesterday (plyo). I want to catch up and am thinking this is a good opportunity.
 
I would do days 2 and 3 back to back. Both day 1 (Chest/Back) and Day 2 (Legs) have deadlifts in them - unless you leave them out of the leg day (which would shorten your workout). I've done days 2 and 3 back to back and it's worked fine.
 
Thanks! Hopefully my forearms aren't too weak. It is the only place I can see potential problems. :)
 
In the first part of Meso 3 I did SBT {from week one} and CB {from week 2} back to back because of an over-jammed schedule. I wouldn't want to do this every week but it wasn't as bad as I expected it to be.

I always do the extended stretch after each STS workout to help keep me from being sore the next day. The one time I skipped the stretch was in Meso 2 and I was so sore the next day I could barely move my arms.

Stretch early, and stretch often:cool:

ETA: but I agree with the others an arms and legs combo is the way to go!
