Nope, I couldn't part with my Cathe's. Even MIC, that I still have trouble getting through without having to take a nap on my step and then drink a gallon of water (LOL). I'm determined to get better at that one before I have to go a Nursing Home.
I do much much better at Imax 2 and 3.
I have all the Videos that SNM sells, up to the time they quit making them, (2 of them I have 3 copies because I used them so much the tape started acting funny but are still playable) and I also have everything on DVDs. I get out the older ones sometimes just for grins.
Cathe's workouts have always been a challenge for me, after I got used to everyone else. My only problem (if it is a problem) is trying to decide what rotation I want to do and for how long by alternating workouts from my collection.
Let us know how you incorporate Cathe into your workouts. Bet you will see a difference...in a good way.;-)
