Cathes MuscleMax from the Hardcore series is a good endurance workout.She uses the dyna band in this workout which adds to give variety and always with working with the band it can be intense.
I do agree with Kim and Sandra. I also think Supersets and Push-Pull form the Body Blast series are more endurance. The Pyramids could be modified with lighter weight and be more like endurance with the 5 sets you do......Carole
