for Kick Max, kickbox cahllenge or leg conditioning drills?

I am short on time today but I want to get the most out of my workout. Which would you do after the kick/punch combos, the kickbox challenge or the leg conditioning drills?
I am new to this workout and haven't tried either. I have only did the kick/punch combs. Thanks for the input.

"getting the most out of your workout" today would seem to be best answered by what is your goal? If you want a kick booty cardio then add on the challenge... If you want to get in a lower w/out along w/ cardio then throw on some ankle weights and do the drills.
Whatever you decide it will be FUN!

Tracie, Thank you :) Ankle weights hm...I never would of thought of that thanks woman. I'm going to try it next time I do KM leg drills, OUCH ;) :)

I'd do the WU, Challenge, ending with the sanding leg drills if you have time.

I would skip the leg drills, but I don't like them.x(
