Hi Kathryn - I know you posted previously about where you purchased your 1lb weighted gloves, but when I went to the website (it was last week), I didn't see anything about them. I was having some problems at the time with my computer. Can you post the link again?

ETA - I just saw a post from you on 2 and 3 lb. weights for four limbed aerobics. Can you explain what that is?

I got one, one-pound pair from Target (they no longer carry them), and another pair from a Reebok factory outlet. The reebok site often has them, but last time I checked, they were out of stock. You could search "ironwear hand irons" "ironwear gloves" ("hand irons" is what gets the most hits.

"Four-limbed aerobics" is what the Firm calls it: doing some low impact aerobic moves while holding light weights (like doing bicep curls with some leg movement).
