Hi Cathe!!
How are you and your little family doing?? I bet little Eric is growing in leaps and bounds!!
I wanted to ask you if there are any benefits to doing 1/4 deadlift instead of straight leg deadlifts and going further down?? Is one more easily executed safely? I seem to FEEL straight leg deadlifts better. I keep my knees slightly bent of course and not locked out. Do you prefer one more than the other for any particular reason or perhaps it is wise to use both in your rotation for variety??
I really would like your professional explanation regarding the difference and benefits between the two. Thanks alot!! Have a great Memorial Day Weekend!

P.S. I did a search on deadlift and 1/4 deadlift for the past year and nothing came up. I did not want to pester you with a question you recently answered! : )
