For Anna

Hi Wutherhi,

I am so glad you enjoyed them !!!!!!! And well done, they came out brilliantly, lucky you, mine always look like biscuits when I cook them ! Cooking is not my strongest point ! I am really pleased your family enjoyed them too. They will be something nice to cook for your Christmas dinner.

Depending on which part of the UK you are in, depends on how you have your Yorkshire puds served. If you are having a roast dinner with a Yorkshire family, the Yorkshire Pudding is traditionally served with hot gravy on your dinner plate as a starter, and then for the second course you are served your meat, veg and potatoes, with gravy. If you are having a traditional roast with a family in Lancashire, on the other hand, the puddings are served with the meat, veg , gravy and potatoes.
My Mother always serves a roast dinner the Yorkshire way :D

But I too agree, they are very moreish :D

Anna :)
