I am quite intrigued by all of you who are doing Freestyle training. I would like to try this method as well and get rid of these huge hips and thighs once and for all!
For those of you who incorporate Cathe's workouts into this type of training, how do you do so? I know legs are supposed to be done 4-6 times per week. So do you do part of her tapes and or do you do the whole workout (Leaner Legs or Legs & Glutes for example)?
