Ditto the above suggestions. I've had PF for over a year and decided that I would try to lose weight and see if that helps before seeing a doctor, because the first thing the doctor would say is...I need to lose weight. Well, I don't need to pay someone to tell me that!
I wear shoes around the house (for me, Crocs are a godsend) and stretch before getting out of bed. But just as I thought, weight loss has made the biggest difference. It is much, much better. I'm sure once I reach my goal weight it will be gone altogether.
