Flushed Away or Happy Feet?

I was thinking of taking the kids to the movies this weekend or next and I was wondering which of the two is better. I read another post about Happy Feet but what about Flushed Away? I can't decide. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

Our family really liked "Flushed Away." (They're 6, 11 and 14 - DH and I liked it too!) My 11-yo saw "Happy Feet" with some friends and didn't like it. I haven't read reviews of either.

HTH! Have fun!:)

We saw Flushed Away, my 6 yo. and I both really enjoyed it, it was really cute and entertaining. Haven't seen Happy Feet yet so can't compare. HTH.:)

DH took the kids to see Flushed Away so I can't comment on that. I took the kids to see Happy Feet yesterday and my advice is don't bother. It was terrible!!! The kids liked it but that doesn't say much. I should have waited to rent it on DVD for them and used those 2 hours of my life for something better.

I took my 9 yr old son to see Happy Feet yesterday, and was very entertained. This movie has more substance than you think it will, and the audience applauded at the end. JMO, it was exciting, funny and visually appealing. Hey, it also has Robin Williams, so you know you are going to be laughing!

Thanks for the reviews everyone. I guess it is half and half so I guess I'll just let the kids decide. They are young so they will watch basically anything animated. I just don't want to sit in a movie that I paid money for and be bored out of my mind! Thanks!

We saw Happy Feet yesterday at an IMAX theater. We enjoyed it. I don't know if you've ever had the opportunity to watch a movie on an IMAX screen but it is awesome. The screen is HUGE and the sound is really good too. When we came out, all of the kids were doing the happy dance like the penguin. It was hilarious to watch!

It's probably to late to tell you this but I took two seven year olds to Happy Feet and we loved it. They came out wanting to dance, a very entertaining movie. Robin Williams is so gifted.

We took the kids to flushed away yesterday and we all loved it!!! Good story and good soundtrack!

Flushed Away ~ I can't comment on it, but per my Daughter who's 14, her and her friend went to see it last weekend and thought it was excellent, very funny movie.

Well, we didn't take the kids to the movies because it was so beautiful today. We found a park about 20 minutes away and went hiking with the kids. Shorts and it's a week away from December. We just had to get outside and walk off all the Thanksgiving treats. I guess we will go next week, but thanks all for the reviews. It will help for next weekend!
