Flooring - Opinions?

I am looking at two possible flooring options for our basement (cement). One is Bouncee by RubberCal and the other is Aerobic tile by Pawling. Does anyone have any experience with these??

Wood just won't work due to a sump pump and the possiblity of flood if the electricity won't work.

That Bouncee stuff looks interesting, if we are thining of the same stuff. Did you find it on the website with all the animation? I sent away for a sample of it.
