Is there anyone out there who can still do the splits? I used to do them in my 20s (front and each side). Why do I care???? Ego. :p Just calling myself on my "stuff".
 
Never could do them. At age 41 I am closer to achieving them than ever before thanks to yoga.
 
I'm 43 and I still do them although I've always been flexible. Yoga helps keep me flexible.
