Okay, I'm working on my strength, my endurance and I'm doing my step aerobics. That doesn't leave much, if any, time, but I know that flexibility is also a very important component of being fit too.
I am really enjoying working with the stability ball and I would love to find a video that will help me become more flexible and target core strength, if possible. I was thinking of maybe one of those pilates on the ball workouts or something like that.
So, fit folks, what workout do you recommend for me for flexibility and core strength that won't take a lot of time? I'm already spending a lot of time on strength training and cardio workouts.

(P.S. Editing to say that yes, I have been reading the reviews on Video Fitness, but they are a bit dated and I still want to know which videos you guys recommend, particularly the ones you feel passionately about!)
