Flexibility workout

Hi Cathe!
In this week’s rotation, you have listed a 20 minute flexibility workout. Would you please give me some examples of what this is?
Is it yoga? or something like doing toe touches? Hmmm, just when I thought I knew everything. hahaha

Hi Susan! This can be any workout of your choice that promotes flexibility. Yoga, pilates, stretching routines, hybrids of any, etc. If you are creating your own, try to stretch each major muscle group (after a thorough warm up) by holding each stretch for 15 to 30 seconds. Take Care!

I'm glad you wrote "after a thorough warm-up." I'm looking forward your new flexibility workout.

I find that I must be warm to get any benefit from stretching. I expect that your warm-up will enable me to just do the workout just as filmed, without adding any warm-up.:)
