Flex train

Don't have flex train so I am looking for a sub. Does it have cardio in it or is it totally weight work?

I consider it a metabolic workout. Do you have Supercuts? That would work as a sub.

LOVE Flex Train!

Flex train is just amazing! If you have Supercuts that is a good sub. I just did this one the other day and was smiling all the way through. The music is great the tempo/speed is nice...it's just all around a fun good workout!
It should go on your wish list!

I agree.. GET FLEX TRAIN!!!! I really like Supercuts but I like Flex Train better. It is one I grab often.

I would definitely put it on wish list to get very soon.

I just got Flextrain and it was so much fun. I added the weighted floor work from Legs and Glutes to finish off a great high rep routine. I also love Xtrain Superset extreme premix
