Flex Band

Does anyone know if Cathe or some other video have a tape where you do flex band as weights with steps? Or just using the flex band? I know when we do this in the gym I can feel the muscle burning. They use both hand weights and flex band with the steps, also the band for the legs where you go side to side and squat............Barbara

P.S. I think my dvd is coming today, can't wait!!!:D
 
I have Flex Bands as well (green ones), and I hadn't used them in a while...until I did the PUB and PLB tapes. Since I have adjustable weights, I use the Flex Bands (sometimes one or two depending on the exercise) to fill in as a medium weight and to save time so I can continue with the workout without putting it on pause. They work very well, and I do feel the burn! To answer your question about any specific Cathe tapes that use them...none of her videos use them (that I know of).
 
That sounds like a good idea. Thanks, but I will keep my eyes out for tapes that does this kind of workout.:)
