Loving STS. Who knew I could bench press 65lbs!!!. I have a question, how do you stop your elbows from flaring when doing the Flat Bench Tricep Extensions? Could you demonstrate the proper form on Cathe TV? thanks
Thanks. I was shocked too! I don't have the rack she uses nor the weighted gloves. I have learned from this series that i am stronger than i thought and i can handle heavy weights, but without the rack, i think 65 may be my limit.
