Land's End and LL Bean carry a pretty good selection. Gaiam sometimes has organic flannel sheets.

Just make sure to get a good quality flannel because the cheaper stuff pills. I buy flannel sheets from Macys and just ordered 2 flannel duvets from Amazon. Try to hang dry and iron to avoid pilling. My family thinks I'm crazy because to me clean sheet day is the best day of the week!!
