Good Morning everyone and happy hump day!
This morning was PUB, the whole thing, and man, are my arms fried!!!! The shoulder and biceps segments just torture me!!! I'm starting to feel sore already and it's only been a couple of hours since I've been finished. I'm scared for what tomorrow morning will feel like.
I think it was Tracy who suggested we post where we are from. I live in Campbell, CA., a town right in middle of the famed 'Silicon Valley' in the southernmost point of the San Francisco bay.
Tracy- Other instructors you might enjoy are Christi Taylor (for hi/lo she is just simply one of the best), Kari Anderson (good dancy choreography), Franny Benedetto (good step and hi/lo with really good instruction and cueing), and maybe Rob Glick (very innovative step choreography in Amazing Step Styles and he's not too shabby to look at either;-) ). I pretty much don't do any other instructor for weight work. I find Cathe to be simply the best. As far as the next rotation, I think I'll see what Cathe has planned for February. If it looks good, I'll probably switch to that rotation. If not, I may dig up the Slow and Heavy rotation from last year and do that one.
Brenda- Haven't 'seen' you since the weekend. How are things with you?
Lorihart- I imagine that running on a treadmill vs. the pavement makes such a difference for the knees. Unfortunately my knees are so cranky that even a treadmill is painful. Congratulations on incorporating the running into your program. Did you do the 80 minutes during American Idol like you said you would?
For those back east and in the midwest, are things still as cold and icy today or are things a bit more tolerable?
Hellos to Pinky, Lorisax, Stacy MN, Joy, and Shywolf!
