Hey gals, hope you're all having a wonderful Friday. Opted for Legs & Glutes instead of cardio yesterday. That was my first time doing L&G and ohmigosh... doesn't Cathe ever get tired?
I had to pause a lot to re-set up my equipment as my workout space is very small, only about 6 X 9, roughly. I liked the segments with the ankle weights, and just might use those a lot. I wasn't too hot about holding a 15-lb. DB in front of my body. That did a number on my back, so next time I'm putting 2 8-pounders on my shoulders. So anyway, it's cardio today. I'll probably do All Step and Step & Intervals from CTX for a full hour workout. Check in later...
