I have been addicted to LowMax lately since I got my FitTv.
A few people ahve asked about how they compare to the real DVD.
From Cathe's site, it is supposed to be 70 minutes with 7 intervals.
The FitTv version comes in around 34-40 minutes of actual workout time. There is no stretching; the interval after the 2nd step workout is missing (so you go from interval 2 to interval 3). And then I think that intervals 4 and 7 are completely missing. 7 is missing. After 3 she says something about the 5th interval, so I am guessing interval 4 is the one missing.
I still get a really good workout tho. Altho I think the real LowMax might just kill me at this point!!
