Cardio Workout

Hey gals. Hope everyone is doing great. Congrats on the weight loss Bayerngirl and Burning. I showed a loss too, but I am trying not to get too hyped up or I'll keep getting on there. I am nervous that when I get back on it will be back where it was so I am not going to get on again until the end of next week. I can say my jeans do feel different. I attribute that to FitnessFreak's rotation and just all the positive support from all of you. I truly hope we can get something for next month. I need the accountability, no pressure though FitnessFreak.

Well my workout was good for calories. Good job on the coordination on Rythmic Step Boingo1 cause it just wasn't happeing for me. I did Amy Bento's Advanced Step Challenge 2. I feel so out of step with this workout. The combos are so hard to me. I am determined to learn them though because I know once I do I am in for some fun. It is sad to say I only got through the first two combos. I was so adamant to get the moves that I kept stopping and rewinding it back. I said I am going to do this for an hour even if I stay stuck on the warm-up the whole time. Well, I guess I can call it a good workout anway. Tomorrows my rest. I may do a stretch workout of some sort. Talk to you guys later.

Good evening ladies:D

It sounds like everyone had a great workout today, that's awesome. I know I have DOMS from yesterday PLB's floor work with the stability ball. Sure, that stability ball looks harmless but oh mama can it be used to really to isolate and work certain muscle groups, :eek: But its the good hurt kind.

Today I did: CTX Power Circuit but only the abs from that= 11 min
Hardcore Extreme-Interval blasts plus legs= 69 min Phew!
I was a puddle of sweat after that one.;)
Stretch Max- Workout #2- On the stability ball= 20 min

Wow! Stretch Max did magic to my sore muscles and DOMS from yesterday's workout. I think that is a underestimated DVD of Cathe's because that is a lifesaver and feels so great when you've worked out hard or just want a nice stretch. I definitely would consider that DVD or a Yoga one after an intense weight workout. Ok, I'll get off my soap box now. I'm so excited about Cathe's STS news. I probably won't get mine until mid february based on the order number, but that gives me time to get my one rep max's done.
