Hi Debbie,

I hope you will have a great rotation for August. I'm rearing to go. If not that's OK, you have other great ones out there that will work just fine. I like a lot of variety, it keeps me on my toes.

Oh! I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed one body part a week. Did A few modifications, but hey, I did it.
