Debbie,I know your a busy gal...i'll make this short!

I can remember last year asking you a question about my macro's & daily calorie intake and you gave me a percentage but now I can't seem to find the thread! Do you mind telling me once more my macro's?

Im 30
workout about 5 days a week(cardio 4x's weight training 2x's)
i currently weigh 180.0

Im looking to drop some weight! I recently got a HRM(actually the same one your recommended, Nike Irama...in ice blue:cool:) so now I know how many cals im burning!

Frustrated

I need help too! (mental help probably) I'm 28, 165lbs, 5'7". I have been doing a mixture of Cathe's rotations and FitnessFreaks over the last year - but I only seem to be maintaining. I am sure that alot of it is because of the way I eat. I try to eat as clean as possible - but my husbands junk food binges always get me too. I do have alot of muscle - but also a layer of fat - especially around my stomach area.

I am beginning to think I need to be doing more cardio and less weights - anyone have any suggestions???
