Quick question... how would you use the pyramid workouts of Cathe's? They seem to be more endurance-based due to the speed, correct? Would one still build some mass or just maintain?
 
Awesome - thanks. So that would be a nice follow-up or break after a several week rotation of, say, one body part per day?
