Hi. I was looking at your 1 body part per day rotation. I'd like to give it a try. Thanks.
One question. How long do you work that one body part? It says the time for the cardios, I think. Or is that total w/out time.? I'm just a tad confused on that part.
If you have the time to answer, I'd appreciate it.

Hi LD,
The minutes I list is how long the workouts are so you can plan your time. The time listed is how long the entire workout is for that day.
