Hi fitnessfreak. Fairly new to forums and Cathe w/o. I saw your generic get ready for summer rotation. It looks really great, especially since I only have a few DVDs right now. I was wondering, I have about 12 lbs to lose(mostly around the middle) and I want to tone up. Will 2 days of cardio be enough in your opinion? Also, one of the DVD's I have is bootcamp, can this be considered cardio or just circuit training? BTW, I have LoMax, Imax 2, and Bootcamp for cardio. Thanks in advance for all your great advice
