FitnessFreak- Suggestions for new DVD

Debbie,
I have been reading with great interest all the rotations and comments from people who have used them and your replies to the ones asking you questions. You almost have a third job here... But you are so good and knowledgeable that is why you have so many inquiries. So I have some of my own.
First, I would like to get some new DVD's to update and complete my existing collection. I now have Cardio Fusion, Low Max, Core Max, Butts & Guts, Drill Max, LIC, BM2, Low Impact Step+ TBS and Pyramid UB & LB. I am looking to add in the following categories; total body sculpting, lower body sculpting and upper body sculpting. I am 51 years old, have a V shape and tend to keep my fat mostly in the mddle area. I also have some at the top of the arms, just above the bicep (YUK!) My goals are to lower my body fat, then continue to add definition and toning to my muscles. I am not looking to build but just nice definition. I am quite comfortable with my weight and feel that with watching more carefully my diet I can loose the few pounds to get me where I'd love to be.
I have printed all your rotations and would like to know where to start to get to my goals, which do you recommend? I love the fact that you give the generic as we can easily substitute. With the help of the Ultimate Guide it makes it easy.
Also I suffer from chronic lower back pain, so I like to incorporate Pilates and Yoga into my routines. How would you incorporate them? As you can see I have some pretty high impact workouts from Cathe so I have to modify a few of them, specially the new ones like BM2 and DM.
I know this will take you some time to consider and I am very patient and forever grateful for you to consider my request. I thank you in advance...

Christiane, I love your name, by the way!

Ok, with what you ask about, I feel that the best DVD's that you can buy to get what you want are:

Muscle Max
All fo the Gym Style workouts
Legs & Glutes
Pyramid Upper& Lower body

You cannot go wrong with these workouts, they are top notch. All of Cathe's workouts are top notch but these are just extraordinarily good.

Sorry it took so long to do this, hope this is what you were looking for.

Debbie,
Thanks for your suggestions. I will order them. Can you tell me what order of rotations (your's as well as Cathe's) should I use to get to my goals? Meaning which one should I do first, then followed by...
Thank you for your time.:+
