FitnessFreak - Rotation Question

Hi Debbie,

I enjoy reading all your rotations and love the ideas you come up with! I was wondering if I could ask you to make some suggestions for an intermediate fat loss rotation. I started your Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced progression rotation, and am enjoying it, but would really like more of a fat burning (plus maybe some bonus lower body) focus. I was in great shape 2 years ago, have slipped somewhat, am still a decent intermediate as far as strength and endurance (although about 1/2 of Imax2 is my limit right now when it comes to interval training), but need to lose a few (10-15) pounds. I keep attempting some of Cathe's fat loss rotations and get frustrated because I am not quite "there". I have nearly all of Cathe's workouts (the only ones I don't have are the SH series, PH, MIS,and Body Max).

Any rotation suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

I still haven't had the time to do up an intermediate rotation. I'm thinking I will have time sometime this week since my dh is working nights. I'll try to get one done for you.
 
where can I find the beginner/internediate/advanced progression rotation you are referring to? I started cathe's beginners rotation but am quickly finding I am more advanced than I thought - I am not new to working out, just new to cathe and I guess this is not the right rotation for me. I definitely need to work my way up to the more difficult choreography, but find that I can handle cathe's weight/resistance routines well. Thinking this progressive rotation might be just right - would love some feedback on this.
