~Fitnessfreak~ Rotation Quest

Fitnessfreak,

I have been reading your posts/rotations for the last year and think I've mustered up enough strength to attempt one. Your success is so motivating, and your willingness to share your expertise with everyone here is a blessing. You have become a rotation guru around here :)

I am pondering doing your "Another Strength Rotation" http://69.0.137.118/dc/dcboard.php?...opic_id=4156&mesg_id=4156&listing_type=search

and notice a couple of workouts used for weights I don't own- CTX, the pyramid series, and MM. What would be good to use in place of those? Not sure if some of Power Hour would work. I have ME, SS, and PP on video, not DVD.

I just finished another rotation using the GS series, as is, twice a week. This has worked VERY well for me, as far as definition goes. I am finally seeing some muscles in my skinny arms! Will your rotation above continue to increase muscle mass for me, or would another rotation be better?

One more question about series in general- Combining PS and S&H series o.k. to do if I haven't done a rotation solely with one? Or would sticking to one series for 6 weeks or so be better?

Thanks so much. I truly appreciate your advice.

I was looking at the rotation and not quite sure what I was thinking when I made it up. It doesn't have a good balance with weeks 3 and 4. I suggest you try my One Body Part A Week Rotation, I think you will like it. I just posted a generic breakdown of all my rotations (except the one you're interested in because I really don't think that is a good rotation). The link to One Body Part is in that post and you can check it out. If you have any more questions feel free to ask.
Thanks!

Debbie,

Thanks for looking at your rotation and giving me the suggestion of doing the "One Body Part" one instead. I look forward to doing it.

Your list of rotations and generic breakdown descriptions are very helpful. I am sure that everyone will get a lot of use out of them. Based on what videos people have, it will be easy (well, easier!) to create your own rotation with that.

For the "One Body Part" rotation- since I just got done doing a rotation using the GS series, would it be ok to use the PS series instead?

Again, thank you. I'm very excited to begin. I will keep you posted :)

I have both the PS and S&H series. So, that gives me more options.

Thanks so much for taking the time to help the rotation-challenged
:)
