Hi. You are so kind to provide so much useful info to people here. I'm really excited about your upcoming December Rotation! Let me start with my question, then give you some background about myself. My goal is to lose about 15 lbs and gain more definition overall, but particularly lean my lower half out a bit.

Here are my stats....I'm 38, 5'1", currently 130 lbs but the weight I felt/looked best at was 115lb or so. Now since my 115 days I have lifted with Cathe so a few pounds of my weight gain is muscle, but overall it's mostly fat as I have much more lower body cellulite and even in places I never had it before particularly around my knees and I've acquired lovehandles, which are nothing to love!

I'd describe myself as an endo but with a tad of meso thrown in as I do have some decent upper body muscle below my flab. I do have some knee issues that prevent me from doing major high impact or even lower impact for any duration longer than about 35-40 min and I also cannot do lunges or heavy weight standing leg work.

So for my goal I've read that I need to increase my cardio, but my knee seems to hinder me there to some degree. I just want some guidance as far as should I do total body, splits, how much cardio for optimal results and what calorie range?? I believe I should be eating at about 1400 cals, but sometimes I think I should be eating somewhat lower given that I cant go all out on my cardio.

I know you're busy, but any input would be greatly appreciated. I've hesistated asking you for so long b/c I dont want to add yet another question to your growing list. Thank you for all you do and Happy Thanksgiving!
