My turn My Turn! Hi there I am beth6395 I just want to say thank you for recommending last months rotation (Muscle Building & Defining Rotation) Sunday I will be starting week 4. I I have never ever done a full rotation. This was AWESOME!!!! I definately am up with my lifting and Muscles (My dad called them pythons) Obviously I have to flex to notice.

I would like to continue leaning the legs and defining the muscles will that happen? I really hope you do not mind me asking but could you suggest or put together a rotation for me I have all Cathe DVD's P90x & Plus, treadmill, recumbent, elliptical, cardio coaches 1,2,3,4,5, both 6's if that helps.

I again Thank you because I am unsure how to go about this process and I hope you do not mind. If you are busy and would rather not just let me know I would understand you are extremely busy around these parts.

Question: When I complete this rotation I am going to file it away how often can I repeat a rotation? How about if I am use to working out in the morning and then switch to late afternoon does that shock the body or not really?

I'm sorry to say I just don't have time to do rotations anymore. When I do I'll post them here.

You can repeat any rotation you want. I've just completed a full body rotation (8 weeks) twice and now I'm taking a week off and will start back with a one body part a week rotation to get cut for summer. So when you complete a rotation, take a week off from lifting (you can still do about 3 days of cardio) and then start again with the same rotation or find something else you'd like to try.

And no, switching times for workouts doesn't do anything for the body. It just knows you are working out. It doesn't care what time it is. LOL! Good question, though.
